While in college, she worked for an Employment Law and Commercial Litigation firm in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where she provided litigation support for two partners. After graduating, she worked for a Commercial Litigation firm in Birmingham, Michigan, where she provided litigation support for one partner.
Finding herself in Florida, Heather worked as a Legal Assistant for a Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, & Criminal Law Firm, where she performed legal and administrative support to one of the partners. Later, she became the Senior Paralegal Specialist at the Florida Department of Transportation, District Two Legal Office, where she provided litigation support to the Chief Counsel and three eminent domain attorneys. Wanting flexibility, Heather founded Florida Virtual Paralegal Services. Her experience includes eminent domain litigation, civil litigation, social security disability, and bankruptcy.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Madonna University and is a Florida Registered Paralegal, Notary Public, and Certified Notary Signing Agent.
Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in her spare time.
